  I had a lovely first time experience here yesterday. I actually came here looking for a mini cheesecake for my mom's birthday because she absolutely loves cheesecake, but is on a health kick right now, so I thought a mini cake would be great.

  Service is good and place is clean. I found there are not as many dessert varieties as there once was. Although they are good, I found them expensive. Hot table food items are still very good.

  Good selection of Italian hot foods, desserts, hot drinks, and pastries. It is pretty authentic, price is fair, and staff are helpful but there are a lot of rude customers that expects to be treated like royalty here at times. I have seen some customers that verbally abuses staff because they want things now. These include order items that takes time like creating your awesome veal sandwiches or freshly cut deli items using sharp equipment. If you are one of these rude customers, please don't go to this restaurant and go for McDonald's. They don't need toxic customers that could care less about other's safety only to benefit their own. Overall, great little place for authentic Italian food.

  The cheesecake was also delicious! the graham cracker base even had a bit of cinnamon flavour which was a nice touch.

  Best cannolis in the city. Haven't been her for awhile and now offer mini cannolis. Still taste amazingly delicious!!!

  While I was there, I mentioned it was my first time, and that I heard the pistachio cookies were great, and the very sweet employee offered to let me try one. They are amazing! I absolutely loved how soft they were!

  Love their baking goodies. Their food is really good also. Nothing to be picky about. Very friendly and attentive staff. They know what they are doing. Very focused on making good food. Some of them might have an attitude. It's a good Italian attitude. Definitely recommend for their food, baking goodies and yes, their coffee.
