  Came here last week, I found a hair in my food which was blonde where I have dark brown hair... I told the waitress and she argued saying it was my hair! I was shocked! I got aduaga chicken bowtie and my husband got a steak. We didn't even finish our meal because of the hair! Who would?! Disgusting! Never going here again.

  Atmosphere was good, food was ok at best. I get better fish and chips for $6 from workplace cafeteria than $20 from here. Portions do not reflect price especially if the quality is always as received.

  Always having an amazing, fun and entertaining experience here. The staff are very fun, attentive and caring. The food is always hot and tasty. The drinks are super creative and fun. The summer patio life is always busy on Thursday to Sunday with plenty of people and music. Recently they went under a renovation and menu change so a few favourites are off the menu but the classics still remain. Renovation is nice and includes a few bar games now and is a better layout if you have bigger parties with you for speical events.

  We got a table that was located at a corner where we would get a wind draft. We had to eat with our winter coats on. When asked if we could get another table we were told that was the only table available for 3 people. Not even a "we'll try". Our daughter wanted to come here for a long time, so didn't want to leave and make her feel bad.

  First time going to Jack Astors at the Scarborough Town location, and definately the last. Ordered chicken parmesan with so called creamy sauce with bow pasta...well let me tell you..pasta was not hot and sauce was watery..no taste at all..and the chicken wasn't any better. I ate it because I was hungry..but it was not worth the price. Then ordered the browny with ice cream on it..the browny was so hard that the plate almost flipped when we tried to cut it with the spoon...so dry and disgusting..we told our waiter and he just smiled and walked away..another waste of money. Such garbage food..we should gave gone to Harvey's for a burger!
