  It was exciting to find a campground within the city of Toronto as I wanted to visit family and there wasn't enough room to park my RV .

  Glen Rouge is a beautiful campground by a river and forest. It has the feel of being away from the city even though a city road goes by there. Toronto transit is about a 15 min walk so It's easy to get to downtown if you don't have a car. The sites are pleasant and well maintained and the atmosphere relaxing. It was a treasure for me to discover.

  This place is amazing. Its like having nature in the city. I always come here for dog walks or to go kayaking in the summer. The camp grounds are pretty reasonably priced as well.

  This place is great for walks, dog walks, camping, picnics, trails. They also offer these cool little cabins, an have a bathroom and shower area. Inexpensive, and small restaurants nearby.

  There's a lot of different trails and they're really long, so you can walk for hours if you want to. The one trail has some really steep hills, so it may be a bit challenging if you want to ride a bike there, but I've seen people do it before.

  Beautiful trail and forest for walking. Crowded on nice days but a great place to take unique photos

  A really convenient and affordable place to camp for people who live in the city. We were able to ride our bikes here, and it's a short ride from GO Train as well.
