  The thing that made me wanna write this was I headed over to Bluenotes where I hadn’t pictures of items I wanted and I didn’t even have to find a sales associate myself, one approached me and asked me if I wanted anything and I showed her the picture and instead of saying that no we don’t have it she said idk let me check and she goes around and asks the other sales associates who ask the cashiers and it was all one big group effort to help me find ONE SHIRT, now that’s good customer service.

  I walked in the store and no one wanted to help or when I asked, no eye contact and shooed me away... I get its retail but I never feel welcomed in that place.

  I suggest if you want something from here, simply go to Bluenotes because they’re almost like sister stores and have almost the same products and REALLY GOOD customer service. If you go here you’ll end up never finding what you need and walking out with a horrible experience.

  I went into the store with a picture of the item(s) that I wanted, and I showed it to the sales associates in the floor. The first sales associate just looked at the picture and without any hesitation said that they don’t have it in store and walked away, and I was determined on buying that shirt so I started looking around and lo and behold, I found the very shirt that the employee said that they don’t have(THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME EVERY TIME I GO, I go with a picture and they ALWAYS say that they don’t have and if you look for it yourself you find it, either they don’t know themselves what’s in the store or they don’t care at all about customers, so instead of getting discouraged and walking out with an item you wanted to purchase, I suggest you look around yourself and find it because I guarantee you’ll find(most of the times, not always).

  Now the second item I wanted I went to another sales associate because it was futile going back to the same one. The sales associate was folding clothes and I understood that so I waited until she saw me standing there and I asked her(by showing her a picture) if they had said item in store and SHE DOESNT EVEN LOOK UP, DOESNT EVEN LOOK AT MY PHONE AND SAYS NO THEY DO NOT HAVE IT. By then I had had it, I didn’t even say she didn’t even see the picture, I put down the item that I had found myself and walked outta the store.

  horrible customer service! one of the cashiers slapped the money onto my hand and then started talking to a co-worker. they didnt even say "have a good day" or "hello" AT ALL

  I have been to this store countless times and have bought countless items from here despite the horrible customer service here where the employees have no care or regard. I always wanted to write a review of how terrible the sales associates’ attitudes are but never got around to it but my experience at the mall today made me do it.

  Extremely rude staff. Manager Sony is very cold and unacommodating. Went into store to process a refund for an online order. Head office did not provide me the required receipt with my order. The manager kept insisting that there was nothing she could do for me. Which I found hard to believe. There was also another lady in line beside me complaining about how rude the staff was to her. This store's staff could really use some customer service training!
