  We went once and I was having a backpack and this guy asking us to keep our back bag near his counter .(In context that we may rob some thing)

  Very rude and arrogant. The 2 guys that owns the store are mean and money has gone on their head. Small store not even enough room to take a buggie inside. Most of their products have no expiry date written on it. I was buying a indian soft drink once -Limca which they put for clearance and the old man that works there told me quietly don't buy these they are expired, look there's no expiry date on it. Thankfully i didn't purchase it. Really cheap. Iqbal food is a lot better.

  Best place to find indian groceries among all. I have tried other indian stores to but this one has good collection.

  We can get all kind of Indian groceries, petty items and what not all the stuff. But they rob people with heavy price on Chillies, Ginger, Festival puja items etc., There is a cashier, I think his name is Karthik. He is known for arrogance and least bothered to answer to the customers. He even doesn't have any gratitude as the store is running only coz of Indian's and few Asians.

  Frequently Basmati Rice is on sale as well as pulses and other Indian spices. They also have a good fresh grocery section. I hope that the management learns how to treat everyone with respect, especially the poor and the elderly people.

  The quality of goods are substandard and there is no expiry day printed in some food items.

  Apart from the fact that India Town has no idea about customer service, I usually do find some good deals here.
