  Haven't been inside this location in a long time. But when I went in it was totally different from the last time I visited. It looked more modern and more organized. I was just browsing around so didn't need assistance from employees so don't know what customer service is like there?

  Called the store several times, no one picked up the phone. I ended up going to the store. There were lots of employees but not even one offered assistance. They were all talking amost themselves. I will end up buying on-line at amazon or other store. Its sad, but this is why people end up buying on-line and companies end up closing down stores.

  A regular best buy with poor customer service. First thing people here don't follow ethics they keep pushing while standing in line. Second thing reps pick those people in line ( I was standing first and the rep called the couple behind me and she took her kid and spent 15 mins playing with the kid on counter) it's totally unbelievable and unacceptable.

  Terrible place for buying any thing. Worst customer service.We will never go back there to buy anything. Careless staff and Joe who was calling himself manager has no sense talking to customers. Worst worst worst experience.

  Customer service sucks. Any best buy its all the same. They will have tons of employees. Bit no one knows the product details. We have to do our online research only.
