For the most part I believe majority of these people commenting and talking bout the girl rude them rude themselves! She is doing her job if you don't have what is required she points it out to you. If I had to depend on these reviews alone I would swear the woman the devil, I went there thinking "if this woman only give me an attitude today what I going tell her" but instead when I got there she was helpful, she pointed out any issues I had and yes I had to go back but that is the process. Most Vincentians in Canada feel they can talk to their fellow Vincentians any how but they would never walk into another office and behave like that. She may not have the friendliest face but she is also not their to make friends.

I EMPHASIZE THIS "YOU CANNOT PLEASE VINCENTIANS NO MATTER HOW HARD YOU TRY"!!!!

I don't think she is rude, her tone of voice is what fooling you guys, that's just her personality if u ask me. Instead of bashing the young lady why don't you all say thank god for a place in The GTA where you can renew ur passport and stop chatting bs. If you come to her good she will not be rude , if you go to the office present ur documents correctly why would she be rude ? I went there 4 times to renew my passports and they are always helpful and what I missed they fill out . Especially the older woman ....... Vincentians always have negative things to say , go work there and be nice and let's give u all a review.

Continue doing the great job you're doing! Maybe they want someone they can push over and get away with anything servicing them even then they would still complain.

I myself never had a bad experience, however, about 17/20 people I encounter seem to feel the same - unprofessional, borderline rude. Maybe it is her tone of voice "fooling" people but as tone of voice, facial expression, body language etc make up the substance of a conversation MAYBE the ladies should pay better attention to their intonation.

I don't think she's rude, I had encounters with her ,but for the most part when we got there without our appropriate documents and she pointed out the impossible we got scared ,and by being scared we start panicking and her voice comes across as harsh, but she's not rude, well in my book,I understand the looks of it,but she's just pointing out the problem she encountered with our documents.

If they are polite but their tone of voice comes across as the opposite then people stating this observation are not "bashing", they are drawing a valid inference. Maybe they are unaware but by now someone should have indicated areas for improvement. It's called customer service & in a different setting they'd be written up and given a timeline to fix their attitude... but hey it's just "d Vincy embassy yo kno"... you just need to "come good". LOL.

i agree the receptionist is very unprofessional. You dont have to be rude to her to receive a taste of her negative attitude. I have renewed my passport a few times but that young lady is the only one that has been rude and unprofessional. As a receptionist most often you are the first individual that customers will interact with therefore you need to be professional and personable; if not then that job is clearly not for you. Clients/customers are complaining, obviously there is an issue that needs to be dealt with

Also, please note - no one needs to keep quiet about poor customer service to be "thankful"; as nationals in the diaspora we have a RIGHT to Consular services and oh, it's not for free (there's fees, salaries are paid plus both countries benefit in a myriad of ways from fostering diplomatic relationships)... the people are not begging so they get to choose. Thanks.
