  The next day (July 9, 2017), we went back to do an exchange and once again, Brandon was there to help us with everything. He was just as patient and kind as the day before. You can tell he loves his job and takes it seriously. Ashley HomeStore is a wonderful furniture store with great furniture and amazing staff! Keep up the good work! :)

  We had a very positive experience dealing with Ashley furniture for the first time. We went to the store just to look but ended up going on their VIP Customer Appreciation day. The service that we received from the salesperson (Leavawn Russell) was amazing. She was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. She took the time to explain how the furniture was made and all the features of the furniture. We ended up buying living room furniture as well as a new bedroom mattress and box spring from her even though our intention was only to go and look at furniture but the deals that they offered as part of their VIP day were too good to pass up. If you are looking to purchase some new furniture I would highly recommend using Ashley HomeStore and be sure to ask for Leavawn Russell. I am sure that after our first positive experience with dealing with them that we will become repeat customers!

  Purchased 2 accent chairs to be delivered 10 days before Christmas. Both chairs arrived Dec 15th, UNPACKAGED, UNWRAPPED, legs installed with floor protectors - NOT the way NEW furniture is shipped. Both chairs appeared used as all the legs were worn, the undersides of the chairs had tears in the fabric and one of the chairs legs was completely broken. It a lot of arguing took over 3 weeks to have new ones delivered. It has become blatantly obvious they originally shipped either store demo's or customer returns. At least they showed up unassembled and properly packaged. The quality of their products is extremely poor as is the business' track/ship/customer service. Their phone message system is so antiquated you would think it was1980 all over. Our hard earned money will NEVER be spent anywhere near Ashley furniture in the future.

  Had a wonderful experience here last month with the sales associate Yan who sold me a queen-sized bed. Was really patient while I was thinking about making the purchase or not - and totally made me and my mom feel welcome in Ashley's. The bed itself is really good and the quality of their furniture is amazing, I was recommended to come here by family and do not regret it at all.

  We visited Ashley HomeStore (Kennedy Commons location in Scarborough) on July 8, 2017 and immediately upon entering the store, we were greeted and offered assistance by a very friendly and courteous sales associate named Brandon. He answered all of our questions and helped make our decision easier. Brandon explained and calculated the prices of the promos to us of the items we were interested in purchasing. He was very patient and stayed with us until the end.

  The company seems to be a joke, at the store they seem to promise everything to be delivered on time, but in reality they were delayed by a month. Oh by the way the free shipping is them just leaving everything at the front door, regardless it’s a house or a apartment. It’s $175.00 for “white glove” service which is them fixing it for you. I would look around before considering them. The customer service is very unprofessional! They don’t care regardless if the mistake is on their end or not!
