  After they left, we noticed one of the sofas was not connected properly and when we called the delivery men right away to ask them to come fix it, they said no and that we should contact a technician - given this was their fault we were pretty angry and they refused to come back to fix it and hung up on us after blaming us countless times for disconnecting the sofa ourselves. Not sure how or why we would disconnect the sofas ourselves. When we called customer service, they said we need to pay for a technician to come and fix this - and kept passing the blame onto us when it wasn't even our fault. They would not even listen to what we had to say and instead kept blaming us. We called customer service several times to complain but when connected to the delivery department, they kept hanging up on us.

  Great prices, excellent selection. Pedram is the go to guy here, amazing sales rep who goes the extra mile for his customers. Definite repeat customer here.

  Leons is a huge store. It has many options to choose from. Anything from electronics to bedroom accessories all the way to any furniture. I dislike how the people working there are always behind you and try to sell you on something. I left because I don't like to be hassled and bought my furniture at a different place.

  First, the delivery people told us they are coming early around 10 am and would not agree to any other time and simply said "if not 10 am then we are not coming." So they arrive around 9:30 am - before they are supposed to - which is fine I understand. They brought in all the sofas separately and didn't even give us a chance to look around to see if the arrangement was okay and began connecting the sofas. When we told them to change it they denied it and left in a rush. We already had our old sofa in our living room which we advised the store that it would be need to be moved earlier on - so no surprises there. The two delivery men said it was impossible to move it to the basement without even trying. Not sure what their problem was.

  Be careful buying and be observant on delivery. We ordered our sofa in November and the chaise part of the sofa was delivered damaged. It’s now February and we still haven’t gotten a replacement. Truly disappointed

  We recently purchased a sectional sofa from Leon's a couple weeks ago and it was delivered to my house just last week. Starting from time the delivery was supposed to be done all the way till after they left - this was the most horrible service I have ever experienced.

  In conclusion, this was the most horrendous service I have experienced. I will not be buying from Leon's ever again and will be advising my family and friends to stay away. Cannot even describe any further how disappointed I am with the customer service.

  Update: Definitely never visiting Leons (any location) ever again. Ordered some sofas online and that went well, but when the delivery was attempted, that's when it all broke down. It have made purchases before and have had deliveries and it was very professional. Not this time however. The experience was so bad that I've cancelled my order. Rude and even told my wife that they can't wear covers over their boots and that we can clean it after the delivery. Never again.

  Large selection of furniture and electronics. The staff are friendly enough, but knowledge if certain products seemed to be low.
