    This place is a breath of fresh air when it comes to designs. If you are tired of seeing the same designs repeated over and over in other stores, head to a Structube and see the difference. They have items priced high AND low! And you will not find stuff like this anywhere else cheaper. Love this place.

    I shopped here on a Sunday afternoon for new chairs for my kitchen table. The sales associate was very helpful. I appreciated the variety of styles, designs and colours compared to other furniture stores. The prices were also surprisingly reasonable, although I've not had the opportunity to evaluate more extensively the quality of the chairs.

    I won't order from here again. Shame as I like the style of their products. If you aren't fussed about a new purchase looking new or you like a 'scratch & dent' type of deal then this is the place for you.

    You will notice that all the reviews on their website are positive (4 or 5 star) - that is because they will not approve any negative reviews. This is not a good business practice and very deceitful.

    Quality control = non-existent. Ordered a dining table online ("Mara") for in-store pickup. Twice had to pickup and return (wasting my time and expense for vehicle) due to manufacturing defects. The first table had bubbling on the laminate that was obvious but couldn't tell until opening boxes. On the second delivery - prior to picking up at the store I was assured by the manager that the product was inspected and without issue. This was not the case and there were white marks (paint? glue?) on the top of the table that were clearly visible to both myself and the sales associate. Manager stated he couldn't see this and is beyond their control as everything is 'shipped from China'. No offer of compensation or future discount for time wasted. They did offer a discount on the table if I preferred to keep it.

    This review is from earlier last 2017. I have purchased a couple of high end items here in previous years and generally got excellent customer service from other staff. Earlier in March 2017 I purchased a couch, which I had to book time off from work just to receive due to the nature of their delivery policy and I did not want to get charged an additional $90 for missing it. Upon delivery, I got a text from the delivery guy saying they were at the downstairs of my condo yet the security or I did not see sight of them (must've been in another entrance leading to the other condo). I waited for about 10 more minutes until contacting Structube overall several conversations and the North American Logistics. At the end of it, nothing was resolved and I would have had to pay the extra delivery fee to get the couch I already paid for. I went back to Structure and the same staff who sold me the couch seemed very unapologetic and not have a clue of the overall matter. I spoke with the manager as well and he too, to say the least was very unhelpful. Don't think I have to mention any names because there are literally 3 same people working there all the time. I returned the couch even though I wanted to keep it badly, but sometimes poor customer service will just be enough to be a deal breaker. Sigh. I love the furniture here, but unfortunately unless I see staff change don't think I'll even be walking into this building again.
