    I have purchased a different couch in the past and a chair. The couch was great. The chair took 7 deliveries of horrible quality before I asked for my money back. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when buying my current couch but never again. Avoid this company!

    We are so utterly disappointed with the service we received. Unfortunately, we tried on two occasions to get an undamaged piece of our daughters' bedroom set only to be disappointed again and again. All this time she is sleeping essentially on the floor. each time we have to adjust our schedules to receive the item only to not have it done. after the second time, we asked for some consideration to have the delivery expedited but nope, no way to move things ahead. It is terrible that an establishment like The Brick would put process ahead of customer satisfaction, especially when, is each instance (and they admitted this) the error is theirs. It was no better than speaking to a robot...Any service process that leaves no room for flexibility is not customer centred. It is sales driven and will not create repeat business. We won't be back!

    This company/store is awful. I spent $3000 on a couch just over a year ago. It took three deliveries to get everything, and one piece of the sectional was damaged. Someone tried colouring over it with a very noticeably different shade of chocolate brown. Not wanting to deal with their horrible service I took a credit and spent it on a sound bar I could walk out of the store with. A year later I have had one piece of the couch require repairs, another piece require replacement and the third piece is currently going through the process of repair or replacement. I was told a delivery would be coming in two days and I would get a call confirming this delivery three days ago. I knew it wouldn't happen and sure enough my phone never rang. I called the store today and was told the delivery isn't for another two weeks.

    I will keep this short. I do not understand how the Brick is still in business with such terrible customer service. I was promised something by Shane (one of the managers) and now Craig (an associate) tells me he doesn't need to fulfill the promise. What happen to good old customer service. I have been trying to get my dinning table from the brick for 3 months now. If the brick cannot deliver my product in perfect condition please just return my money. ( oh by the way, they do not offer refunds. )

    I bought a set of home Samsung appliances in March 2016 —fridge , stove , dishwasher , washer and dryer —- every single product I bought within a year having problems and no warranty up more problems — don buy from this location and don’t buy Samsung appliances - they are terrible

    VERY BAD COSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS LOCATION ,PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE THEY NEED TO GO FOR PROPER TRAINING THEY CANNOT EVEN READ THERE OWN INVOICE .FOR ONE THING I HAVE TO GO THERE 4 TIME.AND TALKED TO MANAGER SHANE.WHEN YOU BUY SOMETHING EVERYONE IS THERE TO HELP BUT WHEN YOU GO TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVERYONE IS CARELESS.I DON’T WANT TO GIVE THEM EVEN ONE STAR .VERY POOR POOR COSTOMER SERVICE. RUDE PEOPLE. I REALY WANT TO TALK TO THERE CEO .
