  Worst rona experience never going back to this store employees are not helpful . The cashier was rude also the manager was not around every time the employees would have to call her on the phone before they can make a decision I hope this place closes down soon not many customers at this location maybe it’s because people also don’t like this location and the employees who work there. When I asked to buy a product one of the employees tells me if I can’t find it they don’t have it that the product is old , however the product is on display and I asked if they can check it on the computer but the employee just walks off . Another issue I spoke with the manger on the phone and she told me that she will honour my 10% discount since I missed the 20% discount on the weekend when I got to the cashier with my products the cashier was rude and said that she has to call the manger and when she got off the phone the cashier is saying that the manager said to give me a 10% coupon which I couldn’t use on the product I was purchasing which was over 600$ . I told her thanks for wasting my time and left all my products at the cashier . They are not getting anymore of my business.

  It's so true, this place do not have a clue about customer service. You get one Asian sales person laughing & joking on the phone. You ask him something & instead of saying he's busy he turns his back on you. Looked for registers at this location for 30 minutes, every salesperson kept sending me in different isles, they kept saying I only worked here 3 months. Then some Asian guys ask him something & off he goes showing them their products, for me, I have to go there without them. That's why I stick to Lowes or Home Depot. More professionals & knowledgeable staff work there. The only reason I came here was for the scratch event. I think they should put everyone's misery to rest & just close all the Rona places down!!! Bunch of useless people working there. Never again Rona for me!!!

  Very helpful and friendly staff. We forgot a buggy and the young man went outside and brought one in. Answered my question on the phone and told me the Isle # to find what I was looking for.

  Good prices. Getting a little run down, tho. Quite a crowd and only 1 cashier on for the longest time. Should have been more on the ball. They did honour a price match, tho, so that's good.
