  The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained through out our 4 day stay.

  Loved the room, very comfortable, and comfortable beds. Very clean. Loved having a fridge and microwave in the room. Nice to be close to main routes and highways but the rooms were very quiet with little exterior noise intrusion. Loved having the coffee machine adjacent to the lobby downstairs. Didn't have time to use the pool but it looked well enjoyed by many families. Pool could be bigger...because pool was full of children we chose not to use it. Have nothing against kids and the number would've been fine with a bigger pool but at the current size there was just no room to really enjoy the pool. The staff were extremely pleasant to deal with. Have never felt so welcomed by hotel staff. Would definitely stay here again!

  We travel with five large breed Service Dogs and many hotels find reasons not to have us stay. The exact opposite occurred here.

  Great staff - always ready to make you feel welcome. From your check in to breakfast to simply going in and out, you're always greeted with a smiling face. Love the housekeeping staff too. One day our "please make up this room" sign was accidentally turned around to "do not disturb", and they left a note to apologize for not making up the room. Good value for the money, and a welcoming atmosphere.

  My friend who is a correctional officer said they served a better breakfast in the Don Jail when it was in operation (now closed).

  - The "hot breakfast" was the worst thing we have ever had anywhere. I spat the so called "omelette" back on the plate and the "sausage" as well, absolutely the most disgusting taste the 4 of us ever tasted. We all threw our plates into the garbage in front of everyone! Some people were actually eating this stuff? - why? - because it is fee?!

  - Parking is only safe in the front lot, do not go to the back lot to park! Front desk staff even advised so!

  Duvet had stains on it and the manager blamed me for it even thought it was a preexisting condition one that I told him I could prove if he would just take the time to listen and refused to listen. Housekeeping was lax and did not do their job at all in all of the three days I was there and my room had 5 bags full of take out food garbage and management again would not take into consideration my complaints, rather he wanted to blame me for the cleanliness of the room even though housekeeping never once did their job even though I requested them to come to my room and tidy up on numerous occasions during my three day stay. I would not go back to this hotel again because the and management and housekeeping staff are lazy and incompetent. I have stayed at several hotels and have never had such terrible service and the disregard by management for guest complaints were above and beyond rude and negligent.

  - Recently renovated room; silicone finger prints in the bottom of the tub we could not remove, should have been cleaned out long ago!
