  Recently renovated and with an expanded menu that includes full roasted chicken in South Indian spices. Good deals to be had are veg. samosas 4 for a buck, spinach and cheese samosas, 5 for a buck, mutton, chicken and fish samosas, 3 for a buck. Mutton and veg rolls are $0.75 cents each. They also offer a variety of combos and takeout selections. Popular items are the chicken and mutton kothu. The Roti’s are also a highly popular item and the staple at CANBE. They produce these at a factory for supply to other stores. They are $0.75 cents each and are a good buy. Evenings and weekends are very busy periods. Open 10:00 to 10:00 seven days a weeks. Quick and efficient service tops of this hugely popular place in Scarborough.

  Always great service and food. I don't eat a lot of spice, so I order less spice and it's ok. Their noodles and curries are great, definitely recommended from a non Asian eater.

  samosas were on the hard doughy side with minimal filling. The veggie curries had an overwhelming amount of strong spices that didn't seem balanced (mouthfuls of cumin and fenugreek). Most of the curries had the same flavour and didn't appear to be distinct in flavour. The service was great however. I wouldn't say this place is bad but perhaps it's a matter of getting use to this style of curry.
