  CAVEAT!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY-TROY MOVING.. THEY APPEAR VERY NICE AND ACCOMMODATING TO GET YOUR BUSINESS BUT ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR BELONGINGS, THEY WILL HOLD YOU HOSTAGE. NOT ONLY THAT, YOU WILL END UP WITH THOUSANDS OF $$$$$$$ WORTH OF DAMAGED ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE REPAIRED AND THEY WILL NOT WANT TO REIMBURSE YOU. SO YOU WILL NOT ONLY PAY FOR THE MOVE BUT PAY FOR THE MOVE AND THEN PAY TO REIMBURSE YOUR PROPERTY....UNFORTUNATELY, THOSE OF SENTIMENTAL VALUE CANNOT BE REPLACED.   I moved less than a year ago and I thought that this company was good pricing, told me that my trip would cost $750.00 with tax.

  They charged me $5800.00 to move our belongings from Vancouver to Toronto. Everything was bubble wrapped and marked Fragile, dressers wrapped (delivered upside down), paintings scratched!!! Boxes marked fragile piled on top of one another. Our chandeliers shattered, mirrors cracked, etc. $20,500. in replacement value plus dumping charges for their mess!!!! Ahhh, this is not how to treat people and their belongings and expect to stay in business. That give you lots of lip service before your business. Family run business-they are rude and arrogant. Argued with me over the time stated and threatened to charge me even more unless i got their two hours before the time I requested. This is a pattern with them. Do your research and you will see. Please do not support this kind of business conduct and do not trust them with your possessions.

  This Company was Caught on CBC Marketplace Scamming People out of their Money. This Company is Owned by Elena & Murat Balduk, they own other moving company's like this were they do the same thing, DON'T TRUST THEM.

  I received my package damaged and despite providing photo and evidence not only they didn't compensate it but also they didn't response properly, going to contract with this company is waste of money and your stuffs. only option for me is opening legal case against them what at first opportunity I will do that.

  Obviously they had called me and told me that it would be this amount before they delivered my stuff, but I'm not happy that they weren't respectful with my personal belongings, and I never got my dresser returned to me even though I contacted the manager who had set me up with the move. He told me to fill out a form (which I did) and he never responded. I didn't even get reimbursed that $400 worth dresser!

  Well. Refusing to work with their client. Waiting a day, 1500$, wait 20 minutes, that'll cost extra. Move up stairs ? 250$ extra. Walk a more steps? YOU guessed it! More costs!!
