    Global Pet Foods has such a strict return policy compared to those of Pet Valu. Although they carry high quality foods, they require 3/4 of a bag of dog food, receipt, & has to be returned within 30 days or no refund what so ever. It's really a waste when you're spending $100 on a bag of food. Pet Valu at least can offer you a gift card so you're not at a complete lost. I made the transition to Global Pet Foods, and I definitely regret it. Customer Care policies are NOT comparable.

    Good store for quality pet food and the staff are friendly and helpful. I like their program which gives you a free bag of your regular cat food after 10 purchased bags! Wish more stores did this!

    About the best Global pet foods left in Toronto. Very friendly and knowledgeable about pet diets.always our first choice. Products bought Royal Canine senior cat (we had three) zee wee peak.Canisource, and other. Has wide choice of frozen raw as well. Have been using this store for about 6 years.

    I've been buying my pet food here for over 10 years. The owner and staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

    This location of Global Pet Foods is small but offers a good variety of pet foods and accessories. Their customer service approach is typical of all Global stores – friendly, professional yet helpful.
