  Booked an appointment for my 4 year old daughter through Doctor's referral in June 2017 and was given a date on Monday September 11, 2017 only to be cancelled due to "Physiotherapist being sick." They gave me another appointment for Friday of the same week, only to be cancelled by the time I arrived home. So, when we requested for another date, they said that the next available date is on December 2017.

  They don't really want to help anyone they just want money. Every time I try to get treatment they tell me all these bullshit excuses why I can't get OHIP funding. Not that there's a waiting list or anything. They tell me I have to be in the hospital for 24 hours or be under 19 to be eligible for OHIP when I'm in horrible pain and can't even sleep at night due to the pain. If I have to to be in the hospital for 24 hours due to my injury there's going to be no point of getting physiotherapy. It will be too late for me and I will have to get surgery or even worse be crippled for the rest of my life.

  The staff at Central Scarborough Pt health is amazing. They get to know you personally and plan a great workout to help you have a speedy recovery. Physiotherapy is only effective if you continue your sessions, follow the instructions given and continue your workouts at home . If you work together, you will see the results . I am so thankful to the entire staff for getting me back to normal again .

  After making a few calls to a few other places, I figured that they don't like The Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) and that this butcher shop apparently gave our appointment to private or insured patients. To test my hypothesis, I called these butchers again and they asked me so boldly whether I'm an OHIP patient or Private/insured, so I said private and they gave me an appointment for next week. When I confronted them as to why they cancelled my daughter's appointment, they had no excuse but to say a lousy sorry.

  I've been under the care of physiotherapist, James Chen as well as Tess. Both have been amazing!!! They have been helping me with an issue that doctors have been having a hard time diagnosing and treating effectively.
