    Lool @ the comments. 42 Division is one of the worst Police Precincts in the city. They give no effs because they are meant to service the Malvern community. Malvern is considered "the hood."

    I called because i seen like 10 little black girls about to fight so they put me on a 10minute+ hold until i got tired of waiting and hung up.
