  The one star is because the food is adequate. The staff here are horrible, please someone teach them customer service skills. I have never been talked to in such a rude manner by someone before. Sorry I am not from your country and understand your dialect and terms for the foods you offer for sale. I was only trying to figure out what each item was and I was given the worst treatment ever. I'm never going back to this place ever again, in all my google reviews this is the worst place I have ever experienced. There are tons of other places that offer foods like this that i will be visiting instead!

  I am not going to deny that the food is of good quality. The idly, sambar, laddus all are delicious. It is on the pricey side compared to other places in town but periodically we ignore it just to taste their quality. But one thing that deters my family from going to this place often than we want to is their customer service and the way they interact with people. Be it on the phone or even in person before you even ask a question they are answering you and that too in a very rude manner. They don't respect you. They don't realise that without the customer they are non existent. They have advertised about catering on their door and to inquire about it inside but when you do you are not given proper answers and complains about the work involved in doing so. Then why advertise? What ever slight variations you ask it is always a rude "no" without even being a bit considerate about the customer. The more they don't change the visits would be less form my side. Please learn to talk.

  Foods are always ready on time. Foods are authentic,mouthwatering and fresh. I love getting food from Meenas's - whenever I cant cook and to have a home made food , Meena's is perfect place for me. their snack and sweets are delicious and fresh. food are made fresh and fine -worth of each dollar you spend!!!

  Great batter probably best in Toronto.. Catered food a couple of times. Taste was consistent and good, though on the pricey side. I guess you get what you pay for.

  I ordered a variety of South Indian sweets for my daughter's wedding in Boston and post wedding Reception in the Chicago area. Their communication (confirming the order, to avoid any confusion from either side, keeping me informed of the shipment with tracking number, credit card charges on shipment etc.) was excellent. Their packaging was outstanding, making sure that the fragile murukkus don't break. The packages arrived on time as promised. The quality of the sweets and seer items also was very good. Overall my experience with Meena's Fine Foods was a very pleasant one. I will strongly recommend them for any South Indian sweets requirements you may have.
