  Worst customer service ever. I would give this place 0 stars if i could. Went here to pick up an online order and one of the staff handed me a box which I assumed had all my items in it as it had a receipt attached to it with all the items I ordered. She made me sign the receipt. I left the store thinking I had my all my ordered items. I decided to open the box in the parking lot and realized 3 out 5 items were missing. I ended up going back in to get the remaining items. The staff was unapologetic and extremely unhelpful with a serious attitude problem. Waited around in the store for 30 min for them to locate the remaining items, one of which they never found. I asked to speak to the manager which was probably the worst idea ever since she was more incompetent than her employees. She refused to apologize for the inconvenience and told me it was my fault I didn't open the box and check for all my items before leaving and that signing the receipt to acknowledge I picked up all items was just a "formality" they do and it doesn't mean anything. I told her to give me a refund for the item they werent able to locate and she refused to do that because she needed the item first in order to refund but clearly was lying about that since she ended up refunding it 5 min later she realized they lost it. She was extremely unprofessional. Do not ever go to this location. The staff are extremely incompetent and rude. Save yourself the hassle and go to another location.

  Don't even think of going here around closing time unless you want to be insulted by the staff and rushed out. It only takes one staff member to make a customer's experience from 5 stars to 1, other staff I found here were very polite and helpful. And as a result I went to the ALDO store in Yorkdale mall next day and got what I was looking for.
