  It is clear upon entry into this place that it is very unsanitary. This is why it didn't surprise me that this place was fined by the health department for failing multiple inspections and is placed on a health violation list. The staff does not disinfect or clean equipment between uses, which is disgusting. The staff lack professionalism. Whenever you call they always say they are busy and even is they tell you to come in or you make an appointment they are NEVER on time. They will pay attention to you if you show interest in they're spa packages, but as soon as they have your money they no longer care. Please take your business elsewhere if you want to receive proper services and to prevent yourself from getting diseases.

  Honestly first time laser and heard good reviews so I went in. Gave me info like I could wax and thread but no other advice. Came home with a rash that was severe and rekha also said you could wax and thread in between . WRONG you shouldn't. I'm surprised this place is still open. The place is pretty busy with inadequate number of staff. I have been going to salon and spas for the past 10 years. Biggest mistake was coming here at this location...plus they are expensive. Overall nice lady but i feel like she has no idea what she was doing and my skin ain't sensitive nor allergic to anything. I hope all goes well. I'm just praying for the best.
