    We had to store our things during renovations, unit was big and clean and I felt our items were secure, has security 24/7, we also park 2 of our commercial vehicles there as well now and have for a while. Casey is our go to and he's great.

    Stay away from these people they will raise your rental fee without notice then give you the run around after. had the unit for less than 6 months then all of a sudden a $30 increase.

    Running a great con job here. A customer here for 20 years and in the last two years they have randomly changed the monthly rate, claimed to notify when never did, then claimed to not have our latest phone / address which has never changed (while still claiming they sent mail). Then we visit and the guy on site (claims he has to talk to manager and it turns out he is manager) who needs to talk to Head Office. Two month later they return a phone call and "confirm" our rate is $100! per month higher than what they actually charge on our card - higher than what they list on the website. Then insist we owe base+late fees for the TWO months it took for them to call back to settle the final bill. AVOID THEM AND GO TO ANY OF THE MANY ALTERNATIVES NEARBY.

    Gary Freedman is one of the greatest persons I've ever met. He is always smiling and welcome and very positive. He helps a lot and is doing the best there. Keep it up, Garry!

    I rented a U-Haul from then. The service was excellent. They had the paper work ready before I arrived. This made the process easy and painless.
