  The staff is very helpful, they helped me to find a good food for my fur baby and one time when the food I needed wasn't on the shelf yet an employee went into the back and opened a pallet just to get me a bag of what I needed. Since switching to brands carried by Rens both of my babies are doing so much better.

  Been shopping here for my puppy food and toys for the past 3 weeks. Shopped at PetSmart and PetValu before and even went in to Global Foods too. I like this store and this location the best. It’s bright and clean and plenty of space for even a stroller to go through the aisles. They have the nicest and friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. I ask them for information all the time and they seem to be really knowledgeable. Their customer service is spot on. Tonight, after a series of back and forth on an order I placed, they have apologized and graciously provided me with a gift card for the inconvenience - made me feel really special. I will go here for all my pet needs from now on because they put their customers needs first. Plus they have everything you could ask for, brands like Merrick (which my puppy is on) and is hard to find. I wish this location success as it’s still quite new. Happy to be their customer.

  As a groomer, it’s nice to have a supply store that carries many of the tools and supplies I might need for myself or my clients that’s so close by! They have a very good selection and variety of foods, toys, collars, leashes and other pet essentials, too. Don’t expect to find everything they offer on their website, but be prepared to find a nice selection of it!

  Great store for finding quality pet food and items. The staff are great and very knowledgeable. Ren's seems to focus mostly on cats and dogs so their selection for other pets is limited.

  My husband and I and our fur baby Baxter have been shopping at Ren’s Pets Depot (Scarborough) since the store opened. The staff are pleasant, courteous and extremely helpful. Our shopping experience has always been very enjoyable. The selection on food, toys and accessories is great and at very competitive and reasonable prices. Plus, we love to support Canadian companies!
