  Me and my wife visited to inquire flights and cruise . We were well treated and explained by Knox. In fact we booked a cruise with another travel agent, because she offered better price and the details given we cancelled and booked with her the flight and cruise. I would recommend all my friends.

  My experience was amazing with Tamar as our agent. She showed me and my boyfriend all of our options in our budget. She was very patient with us when we could not make up our minds of where we wanted to go. I cannot wait to go on vacation in February and review on her top suggestion.

  Waited at the resort for over an hour from when the shuttle to the airport that Flight Centre arranged was supposed to pick us up. Called the shuttle company twice during the wait and they kept assuring us that the shuttle was around the corner. After the hour passed, we had to spend 100USD to get us to the airport so we wouldn't miss our flight.

  This was a good travel centre. We got in and asked for our trip to New York City. They immediately got us the best flights.It did take a while for us to get a flight for lots of picking but at the end we had a great vacation. I would highly suggest this place.

  I would like to share my amazing experience with the helpfulness of Jorden Merrick at this branch on Friday evening. She went beyond the call of duty to do the unthinkable when others would have thrown in the towel. I needed to change a return flight to SA which was booked with Flight Centre in South Africa. Firstly, the system in Canada is unable to open anything booked in SA. The time difference and the lack of common work hours on Saturday made it almost an impossible task. My flight would have been the following day, Sunday. Set to task, Jorden moved heaven and earth with different options to try and assist. Finally, she spoke to an equally helpful lady, Pat, from Air Canada who had nothing to do with any of my flights. What she did was nothing less than magic. I left Flight Centre with a new return date and printed tickets. This is what I call service. Thank you, Jorden. It is evident that you are both professional and passionate about your job. I will certainly return to Flight Centre in Scarborough Town Centre and Jorden specifically in the future.
