  I may have liked the experience when i went in however i expect the reason for going in to be solved. My hamster still cant eat solid food 3 weeks later and i get advised to give my hamster up to the humane society because they didnt clip/grind his teeth enough for him to not have to eat paste until his teeth kill him ? I find that unacceptable. I dont care how close this vet is to me im not coming back. 230 bucks to be told 3weeks later to dump my hamster, my god.

  This animal hospital wants what is best for its pet patients, and their owners. I would HIGHLY recommend this vet hospital to anyone who is searching for the best place to take their animal.

  Very fare prices with great care for your pets. They also work with birds and pocket pets that a lot of vets will not. Friendly staff that make all the difference.

  When I called back to make an appointment, they fit me in the same day. When I got to the clinic, all staff was respectful and treated my animal with kindness and respect. They made sure she was comfortable and gave her a thorough check up. They did not prescribe anything unnecessary or suggest anything in order to make a profit.

  This place specializes in exotics - birds, turtles, etc. They do an excellent job about assessing your pet and giving you options in terms of budget constraints. I have been impress with the care and advice they have given me regarding my RES turtle.

  I have been looking around for a vet clinic that does check ups on small animals. Amherst is one of only a few in the general area and they are the only ones that answered my questions in detail and asked what was going on with my animal.
