If you're in Toronto, this is a must see. The zoo has several different animals separated by "regions". The Tundra and Sea regions were the most interesting in my opinion. You can see that the animals are very well taken care of, specially because they run a lot of researches with them. The giant Pandas are very nice to see as well. Unfortunately, they're leaving Toronto in the next couple of months (I believe March 2018).

My experience in the Toronto Zoo is phenomenal. I have so much memories there since I was a kid. I went there many a times to see the fantastic and loving animals taken great care of. I never get bored when I come here. Remember to stay hydrated and active, there are just so many things to see and it is a big place, like you are in the wild jungle of different countries. Indeed a place ever so unforgettable.

What a great place for a day trip with the family! Expect to walk a lot, so wear comfortable shoes. The park is very large and spread out, but there's always something to see. My only complaint is the signage around the park is quite poor, so you're often left wandering aimlessly trying to find attractions or facilities.

Great place to spend a day. There are many exhibits. We went in the winter months, half of the exhibits were closed. But the ones that we saw were good. Will definitely visit in the summer. The zoo has a lot of amenities. At the end of every section, there is a bunch of washrooms, seating area for picnics and eateries. There were a lot of children's rides too. Must visit location.

Going in the winter is wonderful. Yes, some of the animals are off-exhibit, but others are so much more active than they are in the summer heat. Many more are housed in the indoor pavilions, giving you lots of opportunities to warm up! Fabulous place to learn and have fun, while getting exercise...an added bonus!
